Abigail Peigh is an autistic self-advocate and a freshman at Kent State University. She believes strongly in the importance of creating more inclusive opportunities for neurodiverse individuals, particularly in areas related to employment and personal development.
Abigail is passionate about initiatives like Ada’s Makery that provide supportive spaces where neurodivergent individuals can explore their interests, develop meaningful skills, and discover passions they truly enjoy. She believes that when given the right environment and encouragement, everyone can thrive and demonstrate their unique strengths and talents to the world.
Through her perspective as a young autistic adult and college student, Abigail is committed to helping create a future where more neurodivergent people have access to spaces that nurture creativity, confidence, and opportunity.

Lyn DiSanti is an occupational therapist with more than two decades of experience working with neurodivergent individuals in school-based and pediatric outpatient settings. She is passionate about recognizing each person’s strengths and creating neuroinclusive environments that support meaningful skill development and lasting learning.
Lyn believes strongly in the power of hands-on, experiential learning, using functional and meaningful activities as creative pathways for developing the skills needed to navigate social, academic, and vocational settings. She believes people thrive when supportive environments, thoughtful mentorship, and meaningful opportunities are present.

Pilar Peigh is a passionate advocate for creating meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent young adults. Inspired by her own family’s experiences and the need for more inclusive pathways beyond high school.
Pilar began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and has remained dedicated to the field of education ever since. Her professional experience spans roles as a direct service provider, school leader, and district administrator. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting educators in understanding and embracing neurodiversity, and she serves as a national trainer in conflict prevention and resolution for IEP meetings.
Through her work with Ada’s Makery, Pilar is committed to building a community-centered makerspace that empowers neurodivergent individuals to discover their strengths, contribute their talents, and demonstrate what is possible when inclusive opportunities are intentionally designed.

Mike Formica is a founder, CEO and entrepreneurial leader with a track record of building and scaling technology companies in advanced manufacturing, robotics, automation and 3D imaging. He has founded and led multiple ventures through commercialization, manufacturing scale up and successful exits, including threeRivers 3D, AssistWare Technology and Axsys Fiber Automation. He also founded the Robotics Factory initiative, which launched interconnected accelerators and a network of Entrepreneurial MakerSpaces that provide tools, training and business resources for Main Street startups. Mike teaches entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University and is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer across the region. He brings to the board deep operating experience, hands on manufacturing expertise and a long standing commitment to strengthening the innovation and maker ecosystem. Serving on Ada’s board allows Jenny to combine her professional experience with her passion for giving back and helping individuals discover their sense of purpose in employment. Joanna Cameron Joanna Cameron is a Neurodiversity-Affirming Speech-Language Pathologist practicing in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. She is passionate about fostering a child’s autonomy and self-determination while supporting individualized communication modalities. Believing that speech therapy should be engaging and joyful, she embraces the motivating power of play to spark imagination and learning. Her skills in communication, sensory integration, and individualized support directly enhance Ada’s Makery’s mission by helping participants build confidence, express themselves, and fully engage in creative, hands-on learning experiences.
Joanna grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and attended both Purdue University as well as Indiana University. Joanna has been driven to have an impact in her community since she was a child, and is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts as well as an alumni of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. She continues to give back to her community through working on the McCandless Environmental Advisory Committee in addition to serving on the Ada's Makery board.
